Senior Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dublin. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates in various roles, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
About the Role
- Source and place candidates in various roles, including Accounting & Finance, IT, Financial Services, Office Support, HR & Marketing
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls
- Conduct interviews, selection, and assessment of candidates
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
- Prepare candidates and clients for interview
- Ensure that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service

Requirements
- 2+ years previous recruitment experience
- Proven experience of working in agency recruitment or in sales
- Strong organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
- Professional/self-motivated demeanor and attitude, a team player
- Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude
