Opportunity
The Recruitment Consultant opportunity will give the successful candidate the chance to work with a well-established brand and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Role/Responsibilities
- Taking a full brief from clients and sourcing and pipelining candidates.
- Advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and following through to offer and placement.
- Providing effective account management to existing clients and developing business with new and potential clients.
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of the sector.
- Developing your network by attending industry events and building your online brand.
Skills/Experience
- A third-level qualification.
- Contract recruitment experience desirable.
- A competitive, friendly can-do attitude with a genuine interest in people, their careers, and in business.
- A proven track record working in a team environment, with a genuine interest in learning and career development.
- A commitment towards delivering an exceptional service to clients.
