As a full 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying candidates to meet job requirements.
- Developing and managing client accounts.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a similar 360 role within a recruitment agency, focusing on the Irish/UK market.
- Effective communicator and influencer with strong energy and presentation skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Multitasker, delivery-focused, motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient, and positive.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
