As part of a strategic growth plan, Lincoln Recruitment Specialists are hiring for an experienced Recruitment professional to join our growing team. This is a 360-recruitment role in our busy Commercial & Business Support Practice covering temporary, contract and permanent roles. You will be tasked with developing and managing your own desk and play a key role in the strategic growth of the division and forging new client relationships. Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets Sourcing candidates through all means at your disposal such as advertising, search and networking Business development activity targeting new clients and re-engaging with old clients to generate pipeline of quality work Ensuring clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service Collaborate with colleagues to share market intelligence and new business opportunities What we are looking for; 2+ years agency recruitment experience Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to cultivate new business opportunities Self-motivation and determination to achieve revenue targets Team player with confidence working under pressure and in a fast paced environment The Opportunity Strong remuneration and career growth potential for high achievers.
