Job Description

Sr. Regulatory Compliance Analyst Role

Maintaining a registry of key guidelines, laws and regulations impacting the organisation, directly or indirectly.


  • Analysing and interpreting their impact on the organisation's operations and identifying any potential risks.

  • Staying up to date with changes in those guidelines, laws and regulations.

  • Working with individual business areas to identify and operationalise appropriate controls to address identified risks.

  • Providing guidance and support to employees on regulatory compliance-related matters.

  • Serving as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.

  • Developing and maintaining awareness material, playbooks, FAQs and delivering training to employees.

  • Responding to customer and prospective customers' due diligence questionnaires.

  • Reviewing customer contracts and attending customer calls to ensure contracts comply with operational processes.

  • Enhancing program objectives and key results, and reporting to senior management on a regular basis.



Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business, law or related field.

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role, analysing gaps and operationalising controls.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • The successful candidate must be confident at interacting with stakeholders at all levels.



Preferred Experience


  • Experience working in a SaaS environment.

  • Experience with common control frameworks.
