Sr. Regulatory Compliance Analyst Role
Maintaining a registry of key guidelines, laws and regulations impacting the organisation, directly or indirectly.
- Analysing and interpreting their impact on the organisation's operations and identifying any potential risks.
- Staying up to date with changes in those guidelines, laws and regulations.
- Working with individual business areas to identify and operationalise appropriate controls to address identified risks.
- Providing guidance and support to employees on regulatory compliance-related matters.
- Serving as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
- Developing and maintaining awareness material, playbooks, FAQs and delivering training to employees.
- Responding to customer and prospective customers' due diligence questionnaires.
- Reviewing customer contracts and attending customer calls to ensure contracts comply with operational processes.
- Enhancing program objectives and key results, and reporting to senior management on a regular basis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, law or related field.
- 5 years' experience in a similar role, analysing gaps and operationalising controls.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- The successful candidate must be confident at interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with common control frameworks.
