Job Description

Senior Relationship Officer role involves managing legal, corporate, and administrative affairs for a diverse portfolio of clients in the Capital Markets team.

Our client, a global leader in business administration and compliance solutions, is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to join their dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the world's biggest investment banks, private equity firms, alternative finance lenders, fund managers, borrowers, and capital markets participants across a range of asset classes.

This role offers a hybrid working model and is based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal, corporate, and administrative affairs relating to a portfolio of clients within the Capital Markets team.
  • Ensure proper handling of corporate transactions including incorporation, liquidation, migration, closing, etc.
  • Review and sign-off on legal and transaction documents in accordance with local procedure and policy.
  • Cooperate with the Accounting team to manage financial aspects of specific transactions.
  • Manage complex and high-value opportunities under supervision of the Business Unit Manager.
  • Assume directorship responsibilities for client engagements as appropriate.
  • Manage timely organization and preparation of client board meetings.
  • Identify commercial and upsell opportunities within client portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in a legal or financial services environment.
  • University degree or professional studies in law, tax, commerce, accounting, or equivalent level.
  • Knowledge of capital markets industry, particularly services to SPVs established for aviation leasing and financing transactions, structured finance and securitization transactions.
  • Attention to detail, flexible, and very well organized.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
