Freudenberg, a global technology leader, seeks a seasoned Senior Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, often with no clear precedent.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to junior staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements.
• Lead smaller projects, exercising judgment and analysis to drive results.
• Communicate complex information, building consensus and resolving conflicts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Solid Edge and MS Project experience a plus.
