Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Resident Engineer (M&E) with 10+ years of experience in Site Supervision activities.
- Experience in administrating Contracts – Public Works & FIDIC.
- Knowledge and Awareness of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.
- Chartered Engineer.
- Managing Safely in Construction Training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Specialising in Mechanical & Electrical elements of the works.
- Driving delivery of projects on site on behalf of Uisce Éireann with a particular focus on health & safety, time for delivery, cost management and ensuring that the project is constructed to the specified quality standard.
- Ensuring that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract documents (works requirements).
- Monitoring and reporting on works being carried out to the Employer's Requirements.
- Implementing Uisce Éireann safety policies and standards on the construction projects.
