Senior Restaurant / Hospitality Manager About the Role: Our client a renowned destination for high-quality fresh produce and premium dining experiences, is seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant / Hospitality Manager to join their dynamic team in Dublin & Meath. As Senior Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest engagement, and premium dining experiences that align with our clients reputation. You will lead and inspire your team to uphold their commitment to quality, creativity, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant whilst maintaining premium service and engagement. Deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring that every guest receives a memorable dining experience. Lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and dynamic working environment. Uphold the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service across all areas of the restaurant. Implement and monitor service strategies to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Drive business growth by consistently exceeding customer expectations and enhancing the overall restaurant experience. Identify business opportunities through new menus, food offering, events etc Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to maximise efficiency. Analyse performance data and feedback, suggesting and implementing improvements. Collaborate with senior leadership to align restaurant operations with overall business objectives. Key Requirements: Proven experience in managing a fast-paced, high-volume premium restaurant. Strong background in delivering premium service and guest engagement in a high-end or 5-star dining environment. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Initiative and ambition, with a desire to grow and progress within a well-known, quality-driven chain. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
