Job Description
Seeking a Senior Reward Manager to drive efficient Reward and Compensation service, delivering people-centric solutions aligned to corporate strategy and People Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Reward framework that aligns with organisational objectives and maintains a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structure.
- Manage core cyclical reward activities, including annual bonus and salary review process, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Support executive reward processes, proposals, and preparation of Remuneration Committee papers.
- Conduct and contribute to formal and informal market surveys, analysing compensation market trends.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits structures in line with emerging legislation.
- Lead job evaluation, grading, and benchmarking activities, assessing reward practices against the market.
- Manage benefits offering, including pension and risk benefits, through outsourced service providers.
- Manage benefits change projects, streamlining processes and creating benefit tools and materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' relevant experience and good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Experience using HR management systems.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise work.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on own initiative and achieve deadlines.
