Senior RFIC Design Engineer required for the design of products for the semiconductor industry by growing multinational in Cork. Joining a highly experienced team locally & globally, you will design market-leading RFIC and Microwave components and subsystems.Responsibilities:Simulate and design IC circuits based on available device models, parameters, and design rules.Assist in New Product Introduction.Perform prototype and pre-production testing of RF & Microwave components.Work within a multi-disciplined project team.Requirements:Degree in Electronic Engineering.5+ years relevant experience.Cadence/ADS expertise.Skilled understanding of RF concepts.RF or Microwave Silicon IC design expertise (SOI preferred).Experience in some of the following areas is desirable: RF/Microwave Switch, Amplifier, Attenuator, Phase Shifter, Filter.Experience with EM simulation and RC extraction tools.Good planning and organisational skills.Deadline and detail oriented.Good interpersonal and communications skills.Ability to work well in a global team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
