Responsible for creating nuanced reporting solutions, analyzing data, and providing support to Operations group across queries in relation to risk reports.

Your Role:

As a key member of our Fund Administration team, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating bespoke reporting solutions for clients, including custom and regulatory risk management and fund performance analytics reports.
  • Developing and analyzing solutions for clients across risk areas.
  • Providing support to Operations group across queries in relation to risk reports.
  • Producing high-quality value-add analysis and insights through data mining and trend analysis.
  • Supporting the new business process, including onboarding new clients and assisting in the preparation of demos and marketing literature.
  • Maintaining, prototyping, and user acceptance testing of internally developed valuation models and risk tools.
  • Ensuring consistent application of CFS Policies and Procedures, and identifying and communicating potential internal and external operational risks.

About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a quantitative background, proficient in Excel, VBA, SQL, and preferably Python. You should have knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as Qlik Sense, and experience in financial services, preferably with detailed knowledge of pricing, valuing, and risk managing OTC derivatives.

  • Bachelor's or higher degree or professional qualification (MSc, PhD, CQF, FRM, PRMIA, GARP, CFA, FIA).
  • 2+ years experience in Financial Services, preferably with detailed knowledge of pricing/valuing/risk managing OTC derivatives.
  • Strong knowledge of market, credit, liquidity risk measurement analytics, performance, and exposure attribution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven skills in summarizing and interpreting client requirements.
  • Aspirations to become a subject matter expert in proprietary risk solutions.
