Job Description
Senior Risk Associate sought to provide oversight for risk-related matters and assist in maintaining an effective risk framework for a leading Irish insurance provider.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification in Accounting/Audit/Risk/Compliance and circa 1-3 years' work experience. They will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a Risk Management Framework, monitoring, assessing and reporting any risks where necessary.
- Collaborating with the business for risk reporting and register maintenance, including risk issues and events near misses.
- Developing a risk culture for proactive risk mitigation and timely escalation of issues, aligned with risk appetite.
- Preparing timely risk reporting on a quarterly basis for various Committees and ad-hoc needs.
- Assisting with Compliance and Fraud risk Assessments, as well as Internal Audit action updates.
- Providing monthly reporting on Internal Audit actions.
- Delivering risk training to key business stakeholders as required.
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication skills to effectively business partner with all levels of staff.
