* Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or Hub Spot.

* Strong analytical skills for generating actionable insights through advanced statistical techniques.

* Excellent skills in conveying complex data insights in an understandable manner.

* Proven experience in roles that require collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and other teams.

* Leading and mentoring junior analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration with Marketing and Customer Experience teams for a cohesive GTM strategy.

* Generating and presenting sales reports, and developing dashboards to monitor key metrics, aligning with marketing dashboards for comprehensive business performance insights.
