Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and engage with prospective clients to achieve sales targets and expand our client base. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships to secure repeat business and long-term success. Become a trusted partner to clients by understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions. Account Management: Develop and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and foster growth opportunities within existing partnerships. Opportunity Management: Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from qualification and pre-sales to client onboarding and overseeing the delivery process. Proposal & Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and finalise customer proposals, SOWs, and contracts. Service Expansion: Implement sales initiatives across our full service portfolioProject Resourcing, Advisory, Training, and Technology Servicesto deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers. Networking & Engagement: Actively grow your client network through referrals, industry memberships, and community involvement. What Were Looking For: Proven track record in new business sales (5 years+), particularly in recruitment, consulting, or IT solution sales. Ambitious and results-driven, with a self-starter mentality. Strong industry knowledge of current and future IT trends. Experience using CRM systems for market mapping, marketing campaigns, and prospecting outreach; knowledge of HubSpot is an advantage. Professional credibility with the ability to engage middle management and C-level executives. Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a fast-evolving industry. Ready to make a difference?
