Our Client are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Requirements: At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a high-performance setting. Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly beneficial but not essential. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize daily sales tasks independently. A proactive, positive attitude and the drive to succeed. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and surpass targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients. A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues. A commitment to continuous learning and personal development, including completing relevant training. Full fluency in both spoken and written English. Must be fully authorized to live and work in Ireland. A full, clean driving license is a must. Flexibility to work Saturdays and potentially other non-standard hours when required. Were Looking For Someone Who: Is dedicated to providing a personalized and exceptional customer experience. Ensures the showroom and displays are always maintained to a high standard. Is driven by targets and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
