We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business development and key account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base, focusing on large and strategic accounts.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to underpin business development activities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organisations.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our IT solutions, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including management, marketing, technical consultants, and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on enterprise-level clients and at least 3 years' experience in managed service provider sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in a competitive, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
