We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales strategies, manage relationships, and lead proactive sales engagements. Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee weekly and monthly call volumes and revenue targets.
- Design, scrutinise, and spearhead comprehensive sales strategies through data-driven reports.
- Champion relationship management and pioneer business development initiatives.
- Lead proactive and reactive sales engagements with mastery.
- Harness Salesforce to streamline and update client data.
- Strategize and escalate our Social Media outreach and engagement.
- Forecast and capitalize on local and national market dynamics.
- Facilitate site engagements with premium clients.
- Harness PR opportunities across digital and conventional platforms.
- Ideate and implement strategies to elevate our service offerings.
- Translate guest feedback into actionable service and procedural enhancements.
- Spearhead conference booking processes to optimize revenue and guest contentment.
- Ensure consistent, transparent communication between the sales team and clientele.
- Be the face of Sheraton Athlone Hotel at industry-specific events, fostering our presence as a hospitality trailblazer.
Key Skills and Experience:- Results-driven, with a track record of high call volumes and successful conversions.
- Proactive mindset, keen drive, and unwavering focus on details.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Team experience, with prior tenure in a Senior Sales Executive or similar leadership role.
