**Job Description** We are seeking talented and dynamic Senior Sales Executives to join our teams in our M50 and Kilbarrack showrooms. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be expected to drive profitability, meet or exceed performance targets, and deliver excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Sell the maximum number of new and used vehicles while achieving the best profit for the dealership * Achieve individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs * Qualify customers' needs and capture customer data * Conduct accurate appraisals of vehicles offered for part exchange * Arrange and accompany customers on test drives * Negotiate the sale of new and used cars and commercials * Maintain showrooms and outdoor displays to the highest standard * Maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure relationships are maintained for potential repeat business * Demonstrate knowledge in vehicle financing and refer customers to the Business Manager * Carry out Cit Now video responses to new and used car enquiries * Meet sales targets on a continuous basis * Act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all dealings and transactions with customers **Desirable Experience and Skills:** * Proven experience within the motor industry * Well-organised individual with excellent attention to detail * Excellent communication, negotiating, and inter-personal skills with a strong focus on customer care and retention * Proven ability to work to high standards * Strong IT and administration skills * Ability to work calmly under pressure * Strong team player with a smart, professional appearance * Full, clean, and valid Irish driver's license **How to Proceed:** Suitably qualified and experienced candidates should submit their letters of application, full Curriculum Vitae, and a clear indication of their salary expectation.
