Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, seeking out new business opportunities, and achieving sales and margin targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Build strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Proactively seek out new business opportunities with key industry players.
    • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets set by the company.
    • Negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring profitability.
    • Collaborate with the showroom sales team to schedule and follow up on client appointments.
    • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of retail showroom experience or recent experience in customer-facing sales within the commercial construction sector.
  • Proven track record for achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Full clean valid driver's license.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Good level of computer literacy.

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous sales experience within the tiling and plumbing or related sector.
  • Experience using Intact IQ ERP System.
  • Proven track record in winning sales orders.
