Senior Sales Executive sought for a leading Tile and Bathroom group in Ireland, responsible for driving sales growth and development.
The role is based on-site in the company's showroom in Limerick, requiring a strong sales professional to build relationships with existing customers and seek out new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Proactively seeking out new business opportunities with key industry players
- Achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets
- Negotiating competitive pricing while ensuring profitability
- Collaborating with the showroom sales team to schedule and follow up on client appointments
- Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail showroom experience or recent experience in customer-facing sales within the commercial construction sector
- Proven track record for achieving targets and delivering results
- Full clean valid driver's license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Good level of computer literacy
