Senior Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the Munster region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales within our existing customer base and developing new clients in the region.
About the Role
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Munster region.
- Work closely with our Operations team to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct site visits and follow up with CRM calls to build key client relationships.
- Manage sales process administration, including order processing, pricing, and margin analysis.
- Promote the Ward Personnel brand through service delivery and networking events.
- Build and maintain outstanding relationships with clients to ensure they consider Ward Personnel their recruiter of choice.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of business development/sales experience, preferably in recruitment and/or the construction sector.
- Relevant third-level education or significant industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and sales database.
- Excellent organisation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
