Our client is a customer-focused Irish retail group in the bathroom and tiles space. We are located in Cork, Dublin and Limerick. We have 4 showrooms nationwide. There are two stores in Cork, one in Dublin and our flagship superstore in Limerick. City Tiles and Bathrooms have developed a nationwide reputation as one of Ireland’s ‘must-visit’ destinations for customers seeking top quality yet affordable ceramic and porcelain tiles, bathroom sanitary ware, showering solutions and bathroom accessories.The Role.Overall purpose of role: To grow and develop and drive sales of our clients branch in Dublin.Our Showroom in Dublin Unit 5, Red Cow Retail Centre Robinhood Rd will be your base as well as Field work when required.Key Responsibilities:This field-based position involves engaging with architects, interior designers, builders, and specifiers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring project specifications are met to the highest standards.Focus & drive the supply of tile & sanitary ware to multi dwelling, housing sites, one-off new build houses and refurbishments in the Limerick and Shannon/Midwest region.Proactively develop new business relationships with plumbers, tilers, interior designers, building contractors & architects.Meet sales and margin targets as set by company directors and branch manager.Negotiate prices with customers whilst meeting agreed sales and margin targets.Produce quotations as and when required, while following up with the showroom sales team on client appointments.Follow up on quotations - quotes won/lost and reasons why.Sales focus on our agency brands ie: Mylife, Niko, STN Ceramica, Crosswater, Tau Ceramica and Matrix Bathrooms.Maintain and build customer relationships creating long lasting relationships with regular customers.Adhere to health, safety and environmental rules and regulations.Perform any other duties as reasonably requested by management that are within your capability to perform.Please note that the above list is not intended to capture every detail of your role but the main areas of responsibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
