Senior Sales Office Manager Sofahouse Imports Limited is one of Irelands leading furniture wholesalers based on the Ardee Road in Dundalk, Co Louth. Due to our continued expansion, we are now recruiting for the following position: Senior Sales Office Manager The Role: You will be a senior sales office manager capable of taking overall responsibility for all our customers both in Ireland and the UK and managing our office-based sales team. You will be responsible for setting and achieving the targets for our sales growth and seek continuous improvements to service Ensure that all relevant market information is gathered, communicated and actioned so that new sales are delivered Take responsibility for the day to day running of our sales function and management of sales staff Identify new business opportunities within the market and take personal responsibility for closing those opportunities out Develop and implement strategies to enhance the companys on-line presence and web-shop Travel to our larger customers nationwide will be an essential part of the role Taking a lead role in preparing for and delivering a successful performance at trade shows The Person You are passionate about setting and achieving goals and this must be evident to your customers and colleagues. You are a team player and a good communicator. You can demonstrate sound judgement and can operate in a busy working environment. You can identify and focus on key priorities and follow any given task to its conclusion. You should have at least 5 years experience in a similar sales roll and a full drivers license. Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledge of Stock Inventory packages would be an advantage An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate depending on qualifications and experience with a salary of €50,000 plus bonus.
