About the role: Involvement with the architecture design for Salesforce solutions, helping identify key decisions, and mitigate potential constraints Implementing the most complex requirements Mentoring junior developers to implement high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform Collaborating with our functional leads to design innovative solutions with a strong user experience Designing digital prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate how client's needs can be met Integrating Salesforce solution with other client systems Preparing and deploying CRM Solutions to Test and Production environments About you: Candidates will ideally demonstrate competency across a wide range of areas such as: Extensive development experience with a focus on high-quality deliverables based on Salesforce development best practice Experience leveraging major capabilities within the Salesforce Platform e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , etc. Experience using the Lightning UI and Lightning development frameworks to meet client needs Clear understanding of Salesforce Security model Experience with Salesforce's declarative tools and appreciation of when to use configuration or code Strong knowledge of Apex Agile delivery experience Experience in converting the High-Level Design into Low - Level Design Experience with Integration patterns and Salesforce APIs Experience with deployment best practice, e.g. DevOps processes, SFDX and Salesforce Package Management Experience with specific CI / CD tools such as GitLab, Bitbucket, Ant, SourceTree, Sonar, Codescan , Jenkins is beneficial Experience of working in multi - org structure E xperience with IAM and SSO would be an added advantage If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
