Senior Salesforce Systems Analyst
A highly experienced Salesforce expert is sought to optimize the company's Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless business processes and driving efficiency.
About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, driving organizational goals, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- System Support:
- Respond to user inquiries and requests.
- Set up user access.
- Actively manage team priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Act as a subject matter expert and product owner for one or more Salesforce modules/applications.
- Help team members determine which work tasks are most important and manage distractions.
- Work independently with little supervision.
- Use deductive and inductive problem-solving skills to solve complex problems.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements related to Salesforce processes and functionality.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- System Enhancement and Customization:
- Configure and customize Salesforce to align with intricate business processes.
- Design and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, pages, sharing, and flows.
- Communicate updates and blockers with stakeholders via email and direct conversations.
- Participate in project review sessions to communicate project status and discuss complex issues.
- Create and review functional and/or system specifications that meet business user requirements.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data accuracy by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Develop sophisticated reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Analyze data from Salesforce and other integrated systems to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture detailed requirements and business processes.
- Clearly articulate requirements and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within existing systems.
- Document complex processes, workflows, and data diagrams for Salesforce and related applications.
- Continuously enhance software solutions by conducting team-specific workflow assessments.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce.

- Change Sets.
- Record Types.
- Automation (including Workflow Rules, Screen Flows, and Triggered Flows).
- Data management (including data modeling and integration).
- Advanced reports and dashboards.
- Data Loader.

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree. OR 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
