Role: Senior SAP GTS ConsultantJob Type: PermanentLocation: Fully Onsite (Dublin TCS Office) Ready to utilise your strong knowledge of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services)? Are you passionate about providing technical guidance to work on all phases of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) implementation? The Role As an SAP GTS Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in configuring and implementing SAP GTS modules, including import/export processes, customs clearance, and compliance management. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting services for SAP GTS issues and you will participate in project planning and execution activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Work on all phases of SAP GTS implementation, which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, business processes mapping into SAP, data migration, conducting internal training, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support. Work together with customers for driving requirement gatherings, ECCN, commodity code, SPL, embargo, IPR, OPR, BW, FTZ, FTA legal regulation, customer developments in GTS. Coordinate with Technical, Basis, and Interface teams for communication between SAP ERP and GTS systems. Ensure preparation of business and functional design documentation. Own the execution of unit and integration testing including interface testing. Execute cutover activities and integration & conduct end-user training. Work with project teams and drive solution delivery. Create functional/business design documents for customer requirements and address gaps. Your ProfileKey Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Strong overall experience in implementation, rollout, and support of SAP projects, working on GTS 10.1 and above with domain experience in foreign trade customer processing. Hands-on experience setting up communication between ECC or S/4 HANA to GTS and from GTS to external custom servers (US, EU). Strong experience in SAP GTS (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Global Trade Trends, Preference Management, Intrastat, Electronic Compliance Reporting) and knowledge of integration modules (SD, MM, WM, and FI). Good experience and expertise in driving GTS workshops, mapping business processes into SAP, legacy data migration, conducting end-user training, and handling interfaces between GTS and other external systems. Hands-on compliance management experience, including SPL screening and working with SPL vendor for uploading SPL files, checks against applicable regulations and statutory requirements, rule setting, embargo, and legal control for imports and export license determination. Experience in implementation of classification, free trade agreements, import, and exports based on region or country-specific needs. Experience in customs management processes for both export and import customs processes, with good knowledge of configuration and customization. Good knowledge of communication processes related to self-filing or broker communication. Strong implementation experience in legal regulations, statutory regulations, and country-specific settings and enhancements. Understanding of country-specific licensing, SPL, ECCN, embargo, free trade agreements, and implementation based on customer-specific settings. Good to Have: Skill set of S4 HANA GTS implementation and support experience. Excellent communication and team management skills.
