Job Description
Experienced Senior Scrum Master sought for 6-18 month contract in Dublin, with a leading company in their market, to manage products in Agile methodology.
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be expected to have significant experience in managing products in the Agile methodology and be skilled in facilitating in an iterative environment. You will demonstrate servant leadership among team(s) and business partners. You must possess a can-do attitude and willingness to work with scrum teams to deliver working software within the confines of Agile. You will have experience utilizing a structured product management methodology, including agile, as well as formal tools and approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage products in Agile methodology

Requirements:
- 5 years of Scrum or similar Agile experience
- Scrum Master experience and certification preferred
- Accounting background and/or financial services experience preferred
- Minimum of five years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master/Scrum Coach
- Experience with recognized Scrum workflow tools (JIRA) and other tools
- Extensive experience required to own sprint/quarter on quarter metrics
- Experience managing data warehouse and reporting projects in the financial industry
- Knowledge of SharePoint
