Senior Scrum Master Daily Rate Contract Hybrid (Dublin, 3 days per week on-site) Stelfox is partnered with a leading client in Financial Services who are looking to hire an experienced Scrum Master for a rolling, long term daily rate contract. This role resides within their regulatory reporting team and will focus on managing their Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for EMEA Regulatory deliverables. The role is based in hybrid working model. Candidates will be expected to have availability to work on-site in Dublin, these on-site requirements would be discussed at interview but are initially looking at 3 days per week on-site. Required Skills: Previous experience as a Senior Scrum Master (5+ years minimum) successfully managing multiple projects/teams in a technical environment. Knowledge and experience in high performance technical environments. Demonstrated ability to perform in demanding multi-tasking environment Hands on experiences leading Scrum of Scrums. Demonstrated history of ownership with regard to sprint reviews, capacity planning, PI planning is a must. Enterprise scale, commercial experience leading a variety of scrum teams simultaneously. Experience within financial services is desirable. Ability to train/coach scrum team members on typical ceremonies and artifacts. Certified Scrum Master.
