Job Description:This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Dublin office at least two days per week. The Opportunity The Senior IT Security Engineer will contribute to ensuring that best practice information security and compliance is implemented across the Workhuman organisation thus ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and systems in support of the business. You will operate a part of the information security team, taking ownership of certain processes (E.G. Third party risk management, Customer RFP responses, ISO27001 compliance, Change control) as assigned. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure process improvements across the business. You will ensure that you maintain good industry knowledge, threat awareness and pursue relationships external to Workhuman to ensure that knowledge stays current and relevant.
