If you have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for leading custom application development, integrations, and implementations, consider applying for this role.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the team lead for custom application development, integrations, and implementations within the ServiceNow platform.Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Administer and optimize ServiceNow instances to ensure peak performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects successfully.Utilize deep understanding of the ITIL framework to enhance IT service management processes.Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.Qualifications:Strong background in ServiceNow development with proven experience in administering ServiceNow instances.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is required.Extensive experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, and ITSM modules.Excellent understanding of the ITIL framework.Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
