Morgan McKinley is currently working with a bespoke retailer based in Dublin.

The family run business is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Showroom Sales Executive to join their team and help their customers find the perfect fireplace to enhance their homes.


Job Description:


As a Senior Showroom Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in their showroom, providing a personalised service and expert advice to our customers.

A high attention to detail, excellent phone manner & strong sense of initiative will be essential for this role.

Experience in interior design or of household appliances is desirable in helping customers make informed decisions.

You will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience, from the initial consultation to the final sale alongside with the support of your experienced co workers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Advise customers on the product options, taking into account their preferences, home design, and budget.
  • Offer expert guidance on elements of interior design to help customers achieve their desired aesthetic.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when presenting product information and specifications.
  • Handle customer inquiries and followup calls with an excellent phone manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and interior design to provide informed recommendations.
  • Manage the sales process from consultation to closing, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a showroom or retail environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent phone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
