Job Description
Experienced Senior Site Engineer sought for long-term residential project in West Dublin, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring project delivery on time and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site personnel, and materials.
- Set out works in accordance with project plans and design specifications.
- Implement and monitor health and safety regulations on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials, and quality control.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of setting out, site management, and construction techniques.
- Proficient in Auto CAD and other relevant software.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Full drivers licence.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary in the range of €75,000 - €85,000.
