PE Global are delighted to be working with our client, a leading tier 1 Building and Fit Out Contractor, and we are looking for experienced Senior Site Engineers for a range of projects in the Dublin region & Newbridge. The successful candidate will be based on 1 project only, not moving between all 3. TheSeniorSite Engineeris responsible for assisting the construction management team in the on-site control of the building elements of projects. The three projects we are recruiting for at the moment are for a mixed-use development providing 502 residential units in 6 blocks in Tallaght, Dublin 24. The next is another mixed-use development providing 725 apartments to 13 storeys in Fingal, Dublin 15 The last project is based in Newbridge, Kildare for Diageos first carbon neutral brewery project valued at €200M. The Senior Site Engineers duties include but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Supervise setting out engineers. Checks shuttering, steel and other dimensions prior to concrete pours and maintains materials reconciliation files. Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate. Liaise with subcontractors, clients and other professionals. Oversee quality control and health and safety on site. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. 4+ years experience as a Site Engineer with a Main Contractor. Experience using setting out equipment, for example total station, GPS and laser levels. Knowledge of temporary works coordination. Strong attention to detail and able to work on own initiative.
