A well-established civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their team for a long-term residential project based in West Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable contractor offering stability and growth. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage site operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site personnel, and materials. Set out works in accordance with project plans and design specifications. Implement and monitor health and safety regulations on-site. Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials, and quality control. Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on residential projects. Strong knowledge of setting out, site management, and construction techniques. Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Full drivers licence. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary in the range of €75,000 - €85,000. Long-term, stable work in West Dublin. Benefits package includes: Performance-based bonuses.
