Senior Site Engineer opportunity with a well-established Civil Engineering main contractor in Kildare.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee large-scale civil projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site engineering activities, including setting out, quality control, and technical accuracy.
Lead and mentor junior engineers, ensuring successful project execution.
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to coordinate site operations.
Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare detailed reports, maintaining project documentation and records.
Provide technical support to the site team and resolve on-site engineering issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering, with proven expertise in large-scale projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with setting out equipment and software (Total Station, AutoCAD).
In-depth knowledge of Irish construction standards and health & safety regulations.
