Job Description
Experienced Senior Site Engineer sought for large-scale civil projects in Kildare, with a focus on technical accuracy, project delivery, and team leadership.
**About the Role**
- Oversee all technical aspects of large-scale civil projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high standards.
- Manage site engineering activities, including setting out, quality control, and technical accuracy.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, ensuring successful project execution.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to coordinate site operations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports, maintaining project documentation and records.
- Provide technical support to the site team and resolve on-site engineering issues.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering, with proven expertise in large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with setting out equipment and software (Total Station, AutoCAD).
- In-depth knowledge of Irish construction standards and health & safety regulations.
