Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack
Microsoft is seeking a skilled and driven Senior Software Engineer to participate in all stages of product design, development, adaptation, execution, and maintenance of full-stack services. The ideal candidate will take ownership of all aspects of feature development, including quality, scalability, performance, telemetry, alerting, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new user interfaces that can be scaled to serve millions of users.
- Write and implement code that is both extensible and maintainable.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Approach projects with a security-first mindset.
- Collaborate across the engineering team to establish practices that enhance developer productivity.
- Participate in operations of live services, addressing issues as they arise on a rotational on-call basis.
Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
