About the Role
We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team in designing, building, and deploying secure and resilient authentication systems at massive scale. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a creative and diverse team to develop mission-critical features and services that enable Azure Active Directory and Azure to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale distributed software services and solutions
- Develop "best-in-class" engineering for our services by ensuring that the services and components are well-defined and modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored, and reusable
- Consider testability, portability/monitoring, reliability, and maintainability, and understand when code is ready to be shared and delivered
- Foster a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 4+yrs. of experience with shipping and operating services at scale
