**Job Summary:** Develop and implement software engineering solutions to drive business growth and innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services. **Job Description:** As a software engineer, you will be responsible for developing new solutions to meet engineering program and project requirements. This includes: * Developing new features and performing unit/component tests for new application development initiatives * Supporting business enquiries and activities through execution of small enhancements and break/fix implementations * Collaborating with technology partners to ensure configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals * Analyzing technical requirements to recommend pragmatic and sound engineering-specific solutions * Working with stakeholders and internal technology partners to ensure engineering solutions meet technical direction, requirements, performance, time-to-market, and innovation goals **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain quality code, ensuring defect-free programming consistent with standards * Participate in quality management reviews, particularly reviews of designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products * Provide technical expertise during Incident management, analyzing incident reports and outages, and facilitating internal and external communication throughout incident resolution * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services * Identify and recommend development/testing solutions/tools in support of project/application objectives * Assist in the development/maintenance of comprehensive processes for prevention of issues and participate in problem determination and timely resolution of incidents **Requirements:** * Strong academic background in computer science or engineering * 3-5 years relevant experience * Advanced knowledge of specific domain or range of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes, and procedures * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Company Overview:** Our company is a leading provider of innovative software solutions, dedicated to driving business growth and innovation through cutting-edge technology and engineering expertise.
