Job Description

**Senior Software Engineer** A skilled professional responsible for developing and running the Total Visibility data pipeline, ensuring seamless integration and output of millions of events in a collaborative and agile environment.

As a key member of a small, focused team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, building, and integrating our core ad analytics products end-to-end. This includes leading the entire software lifecycle, from hands-on development to deployment and documentation, as well as mentoring the team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Architect, design, build, and integrate core ad analytics products
    • Lead software lifecycle, including development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation
    • Mentor team members and partner with Product team and stakeholders to understand product requirements
    • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Requirements:
    • BS in Computer Science or related STEM degree
    • 5+ years of hands-on programming experience with Python
    • 2+ years of experience working with big-data stack, including Spark and Kafka
    • Expert knowledge of Python and/or Java and relevant collections, multi-threading, and JVM memory model
    • Experience with AWS tech stack, including EMR, Athena, EKS, and MSK
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in an external client and/or vendor-facing role
    • Experience managing, leading, and/or mentoring a development team
    • Experience with big data and data pipelines
    • Experience in Ad Tech
