The team collaborates with other teams in the Security Business Unit and across Microsoft Identity to provide secure, simple, and consistent user experiences that help customers and users safeguard their accounts and identities. Take ownership of all aspects of feature development which includes areas such as quality, scalability, performance, telemetry, alerting, and maintenance. · Design and implement new user interfaces that can be scaled to serve millions of users. · Write and implement code that is both extensible and maintainable. Participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices. · Approach projects with a security-first mindset. Collaborate across the engineering team to establish practices that enhance developer productivity. · Participate in operations of live services, addressing issues as they arise on a rotational on-call basis. Identify and implement both short-term and long-term solutions and mitigations.
