We are a close community of engineers that play multiple roles -- work closely with various services, collaborate with other security teams, help services launch and run securely. Hands-on development experience Proficient in working with Azure cloud technologies, Identity Management, Machine Learning, and AI.Experienced in data analytics to generate threat intelligence signals.Skilled in Kusto Query Language (KQL) or SQL or equivalent experience.Adept at developing and maintaining security monitoring systems.Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Collaboration with security investigators and RED teams for detection scenarios.Adoption of in-house security monitoring tools for comprehensive monitoring. Implementation of solutions to roll out these tools across all infrastructure.Brainstorming, defining, and building collaboratively with members across multiple teams.Collaboration with the Data Science team for machine learning-based detections.Provision of technical leadership for engineering excellence and influence on the adoption of secure systems.Maintenance of live services operations, addressing issues on a rotational, on-call basis. Implementation of solutions and mitigations for complex issues impacting performance or functionality of live site services, with escalation as necessary.
