The Users and Multi-Tenant experiences team within Identity and Access Management (IDNA) division is responsible for providing secure and compliant solutions for our customers to manage their users and tenants. Specifically, you will: Provide technical leadership for the team, develop your own technical designs as well as contribute, coach, and review technical designs from teams across Microsoft.Partner with key stakeholders to drive improvements and change across multiple teams across multiple geographies in the Microsoft Entra organization.Design, develop, and run large scale distributed software services and solutions. Troubleshoot and optimize automation, reliability and monitoring for production servicesDevelop “best-in-class” engineering for our services by ensuring that the services and the components are well-defined and modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored and reusable. Gain a working understanding of Microsoft businesses and collaborate with other leaders to contribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for our users. Demonstrate strong customer empathy, curiosity and willingness to question and learn, and participation in live site on-call rotation.
