Summary: Rithum is seeking an experienced software engineer to join its Engineering Team, responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

**Responsibilities**
* Partner with Product/User Experience designers to bring to life excellent customer experiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
* Participate in on-call rotation to support the "you build it, you own it" mantra.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
**Key Technologies**
* Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Dynamo DB, Kinesis, S3, Open Search, and others)
* Typescript/JavaScript, Node.js
* Understanding of RESTful API services
* Solid understanding of CI/CD tools/pipelines
* Ability to develop robust and secure code
* Experience with Angular, React, and other front-end frameworks
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with cloud computing infrastructures such as AWS or Azure
* Use of source code repositories such as Git
* Experience working with NoSQL databases
* Performance tuning and optimization for high-scale systems
* Experience working with development teams in multiple time zones
* Proven track record of creating secure and scalable software that scales to dozens or hundreds of servers in a distributed, fault-tolerant manner
* Experience with e-commerce, retail, online marketplaces, or digital advertising
