Join their dynamic team at the forefront of innovation, driving the success of the world’s biggest brands through their cutting-edge Wi-Fi solutions.Responsibilities:Manage and organize the software development team effectively.Design and develop efficient, testable software for the Wi-Fi industry.Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources for project success.Lead critical projects, offering technical leadership and mentoring.Ensure quality and timely software delivery.Track team velocity and provide metrics.Oversee applications and assist with 4th line support.Conduct team member performance evaluations.Requirements:Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing software engineering teams.Knowledge of JMX, RMI, JCA, JPA, JTA, CDI, and JEE security.Familiarity with Angular, Design Patterns, and MVC.4+ years experience as a Software Engineer.BSc in Computer Science or related field preferred.If you are interested, please apply or email darragh@redchair.ie #J-18808-Ljbffr
