They also have one of the lowest staff attrition rates in the industry and offer great work-life balance.Due to the pending retirement of one of their senior partners, they are seeking an ambitious senior commercial solicitor with proven man-management skills to take on and grow the commercial area of the firm.About the position:The team comprises a highly regarded group of lawyers with deep roots in the Irish market and long-standing, cast iron relationships. They act for a broad mix of Irish, international and private clients and advise on all areas of commercial, litigation and property law.You will be an experienced solicitor who can bring clients/business to the table as well as taking on existing clients. In return, you will be offered a crystal-clear path to partner.Key Skills Required:Experienced solicitor with the ambition to make partner.Practice areas should be Conveyancing, Probate or Commercial.Must have an existing client base and/or a business development plan but also the willingness to take on existing clients of the firm as instructed by the partners.Highest level of integrity and commitment.Capable of assembling and managing a team, generating fees which can maintain and sustain the profitability of the firm.High-quality performer with the highest quality standards.Team player. #J-18808-Ljbffr
