Join a leading disability service providing clinical supports and residential services to children with complex disability needs and their families in Dublin. Work as part of a dynamic, family-centred, interdisciplinary team with excellent access to supervision and support.
The successful candidate will provide a quality, evidence-based Speech and Language Therapy service to children with complex needs, working in partnership with families within a family-centred model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing quality Speech and Language Therapy services, including assessment, intervention, and program planning.
- Managing a complex clinical caseload and prioritising services to optimise quality and equity.
- Assessing and recommending Speech and Language Therapy programs and environmental supports.
- Planned and developing specialist Speech and Language Therapy services, including mental health, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
Essential requirements include:
- Degree in Clinical Speech and Language Therapy
- Up-to-date CORU registration
- Dysphagia training
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Speech and Language Therapist
- At least 6-12 months of experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist in paediatric disability
- Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
- Full clean driving licence and use of a car
