Senior Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join a dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary team, working in the mental health and neuro-disability sectors. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and supporting patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized therapy plans. Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and support professional development. Play a key role in the practice education of student therapists. Requirements: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and CORU registration. Dysphagia qualification to an accredited level. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in neuro-disability or mental health settings. Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Position Details: Permanent, full-time (37 hours/week) with part-time options available.
