Senior Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity A highly skilled Senior Speech and Language Therapist is sought to work with adults in a dynamic healthcare environment, conducting assessments, designing therapy plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results • Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to clients, including one-on-one and group settings • Evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care Requirements: • Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy • Registered with CORU as a Speech and Language Therapist in Ireland • Dysphagia qualification to accredited level by IASLT • 3 years full-time post-qualification clinical experience working with adults • At least 1 year full-time experience working within a Neuro-disability setting or a Mental Health setting with adults • Clinical proficiency in assessing and treating adults with acquired communication and swallowing difficulties About the Role: This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a highly respected client, a South Dublin hospital, as part of their multidisciplinary team.
